This straight ice tool is the ideal tool for both glacier approach and classic mountaineering excursions.

Super ice axe!!

I needed a new ice axe, especially considering my old one (Stubai, 30+ years old) comes in at 780 grams 🥵 The blackbird is much lighter, great finish, comes with protection included. Very happy so far, now waiting for the right conditions to use it!
