Warranty Claims
Our products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship. Items under warranty are repaired or replaced free of charge. Please note that this service applies to products purchased on our website, for items bought through a retailer or store, please contact the store directly for warranty assistance.
To submit a warranty claim:
- Visit our customer service portal and select the Warranty option.
- Add a description of the problem and a photo.
- We’ll review your submission and follow up with next steps.
Repairs
For products no longer under warranty, or for damage caused by normal wear and tear, we offer a repair service when possible.
To request a repair:
- Visit our customer service portal and select the Repair option.
- Fill in the details and include a photo of the problem.
- We’ll get back to you to confirm whether the repair is possible and what it will cost.
