Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Orders are prepared and shipped within one business day, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 10 AM are shipped the same day.
We do not process or ship orders during Christmas break, the week of August 15th, weekends and other holidays. Unfortunately, our curriers cannot deliver on weekends and public holidays.

Tracking & Delivery Options
Your email address and phone number will be shared with the shipping provider so they may contact you to arrange delivery if needed.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. From there, you can choose a pickup point via the carrier's link, depending on availability in your area at the time of delivery.
Customs & Duties
We ship under DDP terms (Delivery Duties Paid). That means for destinations such as Switzerland and the United Kingdom, where customs documentation is required, you will not have to pay any additional customs fees—we take care of all duties and import charges on your behalf.
