The shipping cost varies with each shipping destination:
Orders are generally shipped the next business day after we receive your order. You will be rapidly notified in case of items temporary out of stock.
We are not shipping any orders on French public holidays and BLUE ICE holidays (Christmas week in December and Assumption week in August).
The next business day after we received it, your order is shipped through GLS (for any EU country) or Colissimo/La Poste (for any other country).
At the time you receive a confirmation of your leaving order, a tracking number will be available on your order to follow your goods.
The delivery times will depend on the destination.
Duties and taxes are your responsibilities, these fees will be due at the time of delivery.

Our distribution center is taking all necessary measures to fulfill your orders in a sanitary and hygienic environment, following the recommendations put forth by the WHO. Should your BLUE ICE gear come in contact with exposure or possible exposure here are our recommendations on how to care/treat your gear.
If you clean your BLUE ICE products, including Personal Protective Equipment, you must comply with the instructions in the BLUE ICE technical manuals for each product.
No chemicals are tolerated on plastic and textile products, this may damage them and compromise their performance and durability.”
