Shipping & when am I going to get my gear?

Within the limit of the available stock, we ship your order as soon as your payment has been processed to us, normally, within 48h following the payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. As soon as your order ships we will send you an email with the tracking number, making it possible for you to track your purchase.

Return policy

Need to return a Blue Ice product? If you should be unhappy with your purchase or if the goods were damaged when they arrived, you can return them within 30 days of the date you received the item. We will either refund you for the price paid or replace the damaged item with a new one.

Return conditions: All products need to be returned in the way you received them: unused, in the original wrapping and with their documentation.
