The Chamonix valley has room and need, not only for professionals guiding visitors up the mountains, but also for professionals making sure that visitors can keep on coming. We are talking about the people in charge of the environment, experts in how we should act for a sustainable, durable development in specifically threatened areas.

Tiphaine is one of the latter, consultant in sustainable development in tourism intense areas.

She is originally from the flatlands of Normandie, far away from high altitudes, icy waterfalls and Genepi loving mountain people. As she eventually moved to Grenoble for the studies, she immediately got caught by the outdoor spirit, and motivated by some friends she started rock climbing, then picked up ice climbing and ski touring...

Since a couple of years, Tiphaine is installed in Chamoix, the perfect place to grow and develop her passion for the mountains and also to practice her expertise within environmental questions.
