Madelene, our communication person at Blue Ice. Born and raised in the north part of Europe and the Scandinavian input at Blue Ice.
It’s been a winding road, from Sweden, to Austria and Germany before finally reaching Haute Savoie. or, “the best country in the world” as Madelene says and suggests to add this definition in Wikipedia. On the other hand though, as a result of growing up on the quiet tundra, Madelene has never been a huge fan of noise and rumble. So better not do too much publicity for this paradise of lakes and mountains. The fact of not enjoying the crowds brought ski touring into her life, an activity that shares the # 1 position on the list of passions with mountain biking. Two great things in life and two important factors for general happiness.
The dream of working within the sports industry was born during the business studies when she realized she would never be able to work in costume and uncomfortable shoes. Luckily this dream was fulfilled and today Madelene enjoys 100% being in an industry of sports, fun & free time.
