Cecilia is our quality control engineer: she assures that we can back up our products with a lifetime guarantee and that our customers are confident our gears stand up to what we promise. To make sure that we constantly meet our high quality standards and the strictest CE norms, Cecilia is in charge of tests, procedures and inspection of our production, both at Blue Ice and with our suppliers. With her mechanical engineering background, she is the most meticulous person in our company: from raw materials to buckles, zippers, and seams nothing escapes her control and her tests.

When she is not inspecting products or working on instructions, she is either preparing the next issue of the carnival of the oranges in Ivrea, loading the car to go camping, or just hanging out at home in Italy. Although she is not the one who enters the office on a Monday morning with a story of her weekend climbs, we know she shares her home with passionate mountaineers and travelers and we are sure that she has that spirit in her.
