In love with the mountains and with an unbeatable will to share the vertical world with others, Baptiste is one of these passionate guys who has made it his personal mission to create more people like himself. Beginners or pros, no one is too bad or too good in the company of Bapt, as we call him.

We don’t really know, but we think he was born with an ice axe, in any case we know for a fact that he has a small dozen lying around in the basement. With a decent supply of mountaineering equipment, that basement of his looks more like a subgroup of Espace Montagne. Gear geek? Yes.

As for his background, it’s a mix of being a ski instructor and spending time attached to a rope. For the skiing: even if the talent was there he never really wanted to compete, probably because that would take up too much of the precious time he dedicates to climbing, ice climbing and freezing his butt off in a goulotte or a tent.
