Alberto is a person with a great number of qualities and with a long record of experience from the outdoors. He has a background as professional mountain guide but also from export, product development and IT in the world of sports business. This unique combination makes him a priceless member of the Blue Ice team.
As we have implied, Alberto has a great interest in IT, and specifically in communication trends. He is also a keen traveler, preferably to destinations where his spacious transporter can serve as base camp for a few days of climbing and discovering. This combination of passion for climbing, traveling and IT is also what made Alberto understand the need for an online exchange forum for the outdoors. "We had spent yet another day looking for routes with the help of postcards... and then, at night, contemplating with tired legs instead of tired arms, the idea of gulliver.it was born" "I imagined how great it would be to create an easy to access platform where climbers and skiers could exchange ideas and search for detailed information about routes and conditions before taking off."
