OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

We do our best to insure that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship. If you find a defect in one of our products or if the product does not do what we say it will do, you can return it to Blue Ice for repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to normal wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable price when possible.

If you buy gear directly from our online shop you have the right to return the product within 30 days of the date you received it. We will either refund you for the price paid or replace the product with a new one.

Return conditions: All products need to be returned in the way you received them: unused, in the original wrapping and with their documentation.

Warranty Exclusions: unfortunately, we cannot warrant our products against normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, accident, negligence, damage or if the product is used for purposes for which it was not intended. Blue Ice is not responsible for the consequences – whether direct, indirect, or accidental – or for any type of damage arising or resulting from the use of its products.
